Spring is coming! (March 11-15, 2013)

Spring is coming, and we are learning all about the upcoming in Reception 1. This week, we worked on the letters M for March and S for spring. We also made blossoming trees, kites, suns, and decorated flowers to adorn our classroom. We talked about spring weather and learned some new spring words. The Tigers made two mini-books about spring, and the Horses did all kinds of fun weather-related projects with Miss Jolian.

Next week we will celebrate the last day of winter with our Hot Chocolate Party and a morning of ice skating. It is fun to watch the seasons change!
